Dear Sir,

We thank you for the prompt execution of our Order No. RS/265-D dated October 21, 20…

Unfortunately, on opening the case, we find twenty shawls torn which are unsaleable. There are six shawls whose finish is decidedly bad. In no way they appear like high priced goods, a fact which is very much against out business ethics.

We are unable to offer such shawls to our customers and therefore, returning them in the hope that you will let us have goods of a better quality.

Yours faithfully
