Dear Sirs,

 

We placed an order with you on August 16, 20… for the supply of 25 barrels of Mustard Oil (Lotus Brand) at Rs. 40 per kg. with free delivery at the end of August. But till now we have neither received the goods nor any letter from you.

The due date of delivery has long expired. The question of time is of great importance to us. Therefore, we are compelled to cancel the order. If your goods are received now, we shall be compelled not to take delivery of the same.
