Dear Sir,

We are in receipt of your letter dated October 10, 20.. We understand your unfortunate circumstances. But even then we think it unreasonable to expect us to wait for a further period of one month for payment of goods which were supplied nearly 3 months ago.

However, we are taking your clean record of payments into consideration and are willing to help you as far as possible. If you send us a remittance for half the amount of our outstanding bill, we will give you a grace period of 30 days for the remaining half.

We do sincerely hope that you shall be doing the needful as soon as our letter reaches you.

Yours faithfully,

S.K. Chauhan

Manager
