PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK
Dated 14th April 20 …..
Mr. PK. Gupta,
12, Katra Ahluwalia,
I am thankful to you that you have been banking with us for the last six years. But your dealings with the bank have been of a very unsatisfactory nature since you started your recurring deposit account no. 511/60 under which you agreed to deposit Rs. 300/per month with us for a period of sixty months. I regret to report that your attitude to this account is very casual. You seem to be non-serious in making the monthly deposits. So at times you do not deposit the money for three months consecutively. We have reminded you again and again to deposit your money every month. It seems that my advice is not being cared for by you. We shall have to impose some penalty on you.You may feel free to wind up your account if you cannot make the deposit every month.
I hope you will be regular about the monthly payments. If you do not heed our warning, I shall be constrained to disallow you from banking with us.
